Mission Statement:
Red Lake Nation Child Support Enforcement Program is dedicated to serving and assisting our Nation's children first and by providing the services needed to strengthen the families' commitment to become self-sufficient.
Each and every child of our Nation deserves the financial, emotional and moral support from both parents to ensure that each child will live a healthy and quality life.

What is Child Support?
Child Support is money or in-kind support parents provide for the care, support and education of their children.
The Red Lake Nation Child Support Program works for children to help both parents provide financial support for their children.
Services include:
Establishing paternity
Establishing child support orders
Enforcement of child support orders & voluntary agreements
Income withholding
Modifications
Benefits include:
A sense of belonging for children
Financial support & responsibilities
Knowing extended family
Creating a bond between custodial and non-custodial parent
Eligibility Requirements
Resident of the Red Lake Nation
Mandatory to apply for Child Support when applying for TANF
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents for consideration of services and assistance:
Completed application with all questions answered and all required signature pages are signed and dated
A certified copy of the following documents, if you need assistance with obtaining a copy, let us know and we can assist you:
Divorce Order
Custody Order
Child Support Order
Other
Valid picture identification such as:
Driver's License
State Issued ID
Tribal ID
Other Government issued ID
Income verification for the last 30 days
If you are self-employed, you must provide most recent tax return
For each child, please provide the following:
Birth certificate
Social Security Card
Tribal Enrollment verification
Paternity Affidavits

Click the Request Services button below to register for an account, fill out a pre-screen questionnaire (which will let you know what other programs (available at Oshkiimaajitahdah) you may be eligible for) and to begin the intake process
